The client is always responsible for consulting their General Practitioner, to ensure their physical and mental well-being.  If in doubt, all clients should contact their doctor before embarking on any complementary treatment.

Moreover, it is advisable to consult a physician, or other health care professional, before embarking on any fitness plan programme.  Responsibility for doing so remains with the client at all times.  Hypnotherapy for stopping smoking, is designed to aid, and not replace willpower. 

We are neither liable nor responsible for the contents of any external sites linked to, nor does it endorse any product or service contained therein.

We cannot be held responsible for loss or damages as a result of e-mail data or other communication being intercepted, lost or misdirected.  The use of e-mail and other communication is with the understanding that the data cannot be assumed as secure.

When a session of hypnotherapy is booked, it is the clients responsibility to understand the location of the practice, and by booking, they are agreeing to attend the practice for their appointment. 

Clients are respectfully reminded that appointments cancelled at short notice (less than 72 hours) will be charged at the normal sessional fee, as your therapists time and facilities will have been reserved for you. 

For cancellations with greater than 72 hours notice, any fees already paid will be refunded, less a £12 administration charge.

All appointments are subject to availability.  It may be necessary for us to change your appointment.  In such cases we will endeavour to rearrange your appointment as close as possible to your original appointment date and time.
