Also, we get a large number of clients who come because they know someone who's been before, and we often hear things like 'they couldn't believe it... they came away from here and didn't even think of smoking any more". 

Occasionally, for those people for whom excessive smoking (60-a-day or more for example), is actually a symptom of a deep, underlying anxiety, we can offer analytical hypnotherapy, which does take more sessions.  We'll be honest with you - If we think another form of therapy would be more suited to you, we'll say so!
